Hi! Thank you so much for visiting my website.
IndoBites began as a simple joy: making and enjoying traditional Indonesian desserts with my mom, aunts, cousins, and grandmothers. Through these sweet moments spent across generations, I discovered not only my passion for dessert-making, but also a deep pride in my heritage and the wisdom passed down by the incredible women in my family.
That’s how IndoBites was born. Our mission is to preserve and celebrate Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage by bringing traditional Indonesian desserts to the global stage, blending time-honored recipes with contemporary flavors in a fresh, modern way.
At the heart of IndoBites are micro-entrepreneurial women, the true artisans behind these beloved treats. Their craftsmanship is extraordinary, yet many face challenges such as limited resources, digital access, and business support. IndoBites helps bridge this gap by providing training in product design, quality control, marketing, and business management, while guiding them through the digital landscape to reach wider markets.
By connecting tradition with innovation, we uplift women-led businesses, strengthen livelihoods, and ensure Indonesia’s authentic flavors continue to thrive and be enjoyed around the world, now and for generations to come.
Our workshops typically bring together 10–15 like-minded women who share the same passion. We kick things off with hands-on business and financial management training, followed by what we love most: cooking together, sharing stories, and learning new recipes. Along the way, we explore practical tips on clean, hygienic, and stylish packaging that keeps up with today’s market trends. Each participant goes home with a certificate of appreciation, helpful training modules, and most importantly, new friendships and a supportive community of women cheering each other on.
Warmest regards,
Adelynn
